- Email Message Manager tool will allow universities to employ push technology throughout Career Services Manager enabling Career Services to easily and effectively push information to users rather than relying on users' motivation to retrieve information from the system.
- The E-mail Message Manager enables managers and employers to store e-mail messages in order to use them in batch mailings. Each message may be personalized to the recipient by inserting particular fields within the body of the message. In addition, this module will allow OPM to set recurring e-mails tied to particular activities, i.e. an e-mail that is always sent when an applicant submits an application successfully.
